Position Overview

Epic is seeking a German Quality Manager to join our team in Madison, WI. This role involves collaborating with developers to craft intuitive tools for healthcare organizations, testing software features, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. The position requires relocation assistance and is open to candidates nationwide.

Responsibilities

1. Test and ensure the quality of Epic's software used worldwide in healthcare.
2. Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and localization content in German and English.
3. Collaborate with implementation, technical support, and sales teams to develop innovative healthcare software solutions.

Qualifications

1. Excellent proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
2. Experience translating from American English into German (preferred).
3. Ability to maintain appropriate tone, feeling, and style in translations.
4. Knowledge of Epic software is not required; training will be provided.
5. COVID-19 vaccination required.
6. Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (TN under NAFTA is acceptable).
