Join the Quality Management team at Epic and become the last line of defense for software that impacts the lives of 305 million people worldwide. As a Quality Manager, you'll collaborate closely with developers, craft intuitive tools for health organizations, test new features, uncover bugs, and make our software a joy to use.

You’ll apply your extensive language skills to prepare a wide range of technical documentation, training materials, and other written materials related to Epic's software. Your input will help shape our localization efforts, quality assurance, and technical terminology for a global leader in electronic medical records technology. You’ll work with our clinical, administrative, and financial products, collaborating with implementation, technical support, and sales teams to produce innovative software for German-speaking healthcare organizations.

  • Relocate to Madison, WI (reimbursed)
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience translating from American English into German preferred
  • Ability to maintain appropriate feeling, tone, and style in translations
  • Knowledge of Epic software is not required; training will be provided
  • COVID-19 vaccination required
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (persons with TN status under NAFTA may apply)
