Role Overview

As part of Epic's Quality Management team, you will ensure the quality of software that impacts the lives of 305 million people worldwide. Responsibilities include collaborating with developers, testing features, identifying bugs, and enhancing user experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and related written content in German and English.
• Contribute to localization efforts, quality assurance, and technical terminology standardization.
• Work with implementation, technical support, and sales teams to develop software for German-speaking healthcare organizations.
• Test and validate Epic's software in clinical, administrative, and financial domains.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience translating from American English into German preferred.
• Ability to maintain appropriate tone, feeling, and style in translations.
• Knowledge of Epic software is not required; training will be provided.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship; TN status under NAFTA is a plus.
