Qualifications

• Master’s in German or Bachelor’s in German with Master’s in another language or linguistics.
• California Community College Credential required or equivalency.
• Equivalency process may be needed if degrees don’t match exactly.

Responsibilities

• Teach part-time schedule of German courses as assigned.
• Use varied teaching methods and technology for face-to-face, online, and/or hybrid formats.
• Communicate effectively with students, faculty and staff.
• Maintain course outlines and grading in a timely manner.
• Provide syllabi and maintain classroom records.
• Fulfill duties as required by Administrative Regulation 7122.
