Job summary

Blueprint is seeking a Customer (Billing) Support Agent who is fluent in German to enhance our customer experience. This role involves managing customer support tickets, delivering excellent service, and collaborating with teams for issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience and fluency in both English and German. This hybrid position can be performed remotely or in-office based in Bellevue, WA.

Competitive compensation is offered, within a range of $23.00 to $25.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1+ years in customer support or technical troubleshooting preferred.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
