Qualifications

• Native or near-native command of German (Germany variety)
• Strong reading and writing in English; ability to follow a rulebook and write clear feedback
• Disciplined rubric application and consistency across judgments
• Careful listening to distinguish sounds and locate word boundaries in continuous speech

Responsibilities

• Audit AI training data across two collections: Multilingual Transcription Audit and Forced Alignment Audit
• Tag applicable error codes, provide verdicts, and write brief rationales
• Verify word boundaries and transcription accuracy; correct segmentation as needed
• Complete calibration phase before production work and maintain consistency across judgments
