Job summary

Chelsea Jewish Lifecare is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN shifts in the Brudnick Center for Living. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver speech therapy in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, coordinating care, and educating patients and families to support independence. Requires MA license and 1+ year geriatrics experience; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Active, good-standing MA Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• 1+ years of experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or short-term rehab.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for speech and language disorders and develop plans of care with the care team.
• Provide rehabilitative speech-language therapy and educate patients and caregivers.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes.
• Coordinate care with healthcare team members.
• Support patients and families to promote independence and continuity of care.
