Job summary

The Jeffrey & Susan Brudnick Center for Living is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN assignments in Massachusetts. Qualifications

• Active, good-standing MA Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• 1+ years of experience in geriatrics, long-term care, or short-term rehab.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for speech and language disorders and develop plans of care with the care team.
• Provide rehabilitative speech-language therapy and educate patients and families on treatment.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Coordinate care with the healthcare team and schedule priorities.
• Support patients and families to promote independence and continuity of care.
• Maintain compliance with policies, confidentiality, infection control, and safety standards.
