The Milwaukee VA Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Geriatrics and Extended Care (GEC) Service in the Community Living Center (CLC). Valor Point (9A) is located within the CLC and includes Transitional Care and Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Programs.

• English language proficiency is required for direct patient care positions.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted licensure as a registered nurse in the United States is required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct patient care to geriatric patients in the Geriatrics and Extended Care (GEC) Service.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within the Community Living Center (CLC).
• Support transition and rehabilitative care processes for residents in Valor Point (9A) units.
