Job summary

Curana Health is seeking physicians to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will have autonomy over your schedule and patient flow, collaborating with APPs to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care in a value-driven model that prioritizes meaningful patient interaction over bureaucratic tasks.

Travel is required among assigned facilities, with a flexible, physician-centered practice designed to support

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care by performing histories and physicals on new patients and routine rounds (weekly).
• Partner with APPs to manage regulatory and complex visits with clinical excellence.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the care delivery team.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission and values as a clinical leader.
