Zusammenfassung

Curana Health seeks a physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You’ll be a clinical leader, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying flexibility and independence.

Full-Time or Part-Time schedules are available. Travel to one or more facilities is required, with support for onboarding, value-based care, and enhanced care coordination across the network.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License and proficiency with EMR systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care by performing histories and physicals and routine rounding.
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers to manage regulatory and complex visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor team to elevate care delivery.
• Close quality gaps and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and align care with residents' needs and preferences.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission and values as a clinical leader in communities.
