Job summary
Curana Health is seeking a physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will lead clinical teams, perform histories and physicals, and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers to optimize patient outcomes.
This role offers flexible schedules (FT/PT), Medical Directorship opportunities, and support with value-based care initiatives, EMR tooling, and regulatory compliance, while preserving autonomy and meaningful
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
- Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
- Active DEA license and proficiency with EMR systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform histories and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounds.
- Partner with Advanced Practice Providers to manage complex visits and ensure compliance.
- Oversee APP performance and mentor the clinical team.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality metrics and patient outcomes.
- Advocate for residents and represent Curana Health’s mission in communities.
