Qualifikationen

• BLS certification preferred; ACLS may be required depending on specialty.
• Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets; EMR experience.
• Knowledge of reagent stability and storage; understanding testing procedures.

Aufgaben

• Maintains clinical expertise and supports one or more clinicians.
• Manages patient flow, scheduling, and access for clinicians.
• Coordinates clinician availability and expedites care.
• Handles patient documentation and third-party requests.
• Submits forms to MD for review and verifies prior authorizations.
• Participates in care improvement activities and onboarding of new staff.
