Job summary

Medical Facilities Of America, Inc. is seeking a CNA-I to join its care team in Maryland.

The position is available in full-time, part-time, and weekend schedules with flexible shifts and a $10,000 retention bonus for eligible full-time hires. You will provide individualized care according to each resident’s plan, assist with daily living activities, monitor health status, and help keep residents safe, clean and comfortable.

Qualifications

• Active CNA-I certification valid in Maryland.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to residents according to each resident’s plan of care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ALDs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with mealtime activities, including feeding residents as needed.
• Assist residents with mobility, including transferring and positioning safely.
• Monitor residents’ health status and vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nurse.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident.

• Base pay that commensurate with experience, plus shift differential for all three shifts
