FutureCare is seeking a CNA-1 to join our frontline care team. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents’ health, document observations, and support a safe, compassionate environment across shifts. This role offers a sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with completion of resident activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, oral care, and other basic needs
• Perform vital signs on residents at beginning of each shift and as directed
• Answer calls for assistance and observe changes in resident’s behavior, emotional state, or physical condition
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Assist in transporting residents as needed
• Provide companionship to residents
• Ensure the safety of our residents
• Assist with motivating residents to help keep them active and engaged
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CNA-1 certificationin Maryland
