Hcshiring is seeking an LPN supervisor to oversee nursing staff in a licensed facility. The role involves supervising HHAs/CNAs, conducting daily rounds, observing patient conditions, and reporting to the Director of Wellness or ED.

You will administer medications per physician orders, manage supplies, and ensure documentation and safety standards are followed. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current LPN licensure.
• Experience in geriatric care or assisted living preferred.
• Ability to document and communicate clearly in writing.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise HHAs, CNAs and facility staff for quality care.
• Make daily rounds of Assisted Living and retirement residents as needed.
• Observe and report patient symptoms to DOW/ED/physician.
• Administer medications per doctor orders and report effectiveness.
• Ensure supplies and equipment needs are communicated and fulfilled.
• Supervise nursing care to ensure safety and quality.
• Provide guidance for nursing assistants and orient new staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of nurse station and med room.
