Rockbrook Assisted Living and Memory Care in Texas seeks a Clinical Director to lead the Wellness department, ensuring a safe, homelike environment for residents and effective communication with families and staff.

The role may serve as acting Executive Director in the absence of leadership and requires current licensure, CPR certification, and supervisory healthcare experience. This position focuses on resident wellness and team development.

Qualifications

• Current license/certification as required by the regulatory bodies governing the community.
• Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or health care.
• Prior supervisory experience in the health care environment strongly preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the Wellness department with the goal of providing a safe, homelike environment where residents can achieve and maintain their fullest level of wellness and function.
• Manages the Wellness department staff, including interviews, hires, orients, coaches, counsels, and evaluates staff.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, Resident Rights, and infection control guidelines.
• May assume responsibilities of the Executive Director in their absence to maintain smooth community operation.
