Qualifications

• Current RN, LPN, LVN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in senior living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership potential and interest in management roles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned region (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversees the Wellness department to provide a safe, homelike environment focused on wellness.
• Manages resident health and wellness through monitoring and communication with the Wellness team and providers.
• Hires, trains, and supervises the Wellness team; mentors staff and supports teamwork.
• Ensures infection control guidelines are followed; maintains compliance with regulations.
• Coordinates staffing to meet program and clinical needs and conducts regular in-service meetings.
