Job summary

Pinnacle Senior Living is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee the Wellness department, ensuring a safe, homelike environment where residents achieve their fullest wellness. You will lead and mentor the Wellness team, coordinate care with residents’ providers, and advocate for high-quality geriatric care.

This onsite Dallas–Fort Worth role requires current RN / LPN / LVN license, at least one year of senior living or equivalent clinical experience, strong leadership and communication skills,

Qualifications

• Current RN, LPN, LVN license (required).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in senior living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership potential and interest in management roles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned region (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Wellness department and ensure a safe, homelike environment.
• Lead, hire, train, and supervise Wellness team.
• Mentor and develop Wellness staff; promote teamwork and open communication.
• Monitor resident health and coordinate with primary care providers.
