Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Group is seeking a compassionate part-time therapist to provide mental health services to adults and seniors across our skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Utah. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree with active licensure (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, CMHC, LMFT or equivalent) and is proficient in DSM-5 criteria and treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and active licensure in Utah (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, CMHC, LMFT or equivalent).
• Proficiency with DSM-5 criteria and treatment planning.
• Strong documentation and computer skills (Microsoft Word, EHR systems).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred, but not required.
• Reliable transportation for travel between local facilities Lindon, Orem, Provo, Payson.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling or psychotherapy to adults and seniors
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose using DSM-5 criteria
• Offer appropriate resources and referrals as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Manage a personal caseload effectively and independently
