Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, or ACMHC) to join our Long Term Care and Nursing Facility Therapy team in Utah. Our team specializes in geriatric behavioral health, with stable income, supportive supervision, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work or counseling and Utah licensure.
NPI and Medicaid/Medicare credentials are a plus.
Licensure in LICSW/LMFT/LPC is required or eligible.

Responsibilities

Completes diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and treatment planning in SNF/LTC facilities.
Collaborates with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff.
Completes documentation remotely in Athena I EMR in a timely fashion.
Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures.
