Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide individualized therapy to seniors in long-term care communities, helping residents maintain dignity and quality of life while collaborating with care teams.

This flexible part-time role (1–2 days/week) requires travel to facilities. Valid licensure (Ph.D./Psy.D. psychologist, LMHC, LPC, or LMFT) and geriatric experience are highly preferred. Join a mission-driven team focused on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Current and valid state licensure to practice independently as Psychologist, LMHC, LPC or LMFT.
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy for depression, anxiety, grief, and cognitive changes.
• Collaborate with physicians and facility staff to coordinate care.
• Respond to crises with timely intervention and support.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and adhere to guidelines.
• Utilize electronic medical records effectively.
