Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a licensed psychotherapist to provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings for residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. You will join a multidisciplinary team to address mental health needs and develop treatment plans while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Ideal candidates hold a doctoral or master’s level license, have experience with DSM and psychotherapy techniques, and are committed to high-quality patient

Qualificações

• Doctoral-level psychology license and Health Services Provider designation.
• Master’s degree in social work and state license for practice.
• Knowledge of DSM and psychotherapy techniques.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Assess residents with consent and develop treatment plans.
• Consult with primary care physician and facility staff.
• Document treatment plans and sessions per procedures.
• Review care needs with facility staff on arrival and departure.
• Maintain open communication with facility staff and provide feedback.
• Adhere to policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Conduct self professionally.
