Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret medical and policy documents.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve function.
• Supervise CFY Speech Clinical Fellows and students.
• Communicate progress with physicians, families, and staff.
• Complete timely documentation in compliance with policies and payers.
• Educate residents and families on home exercise and safety.
