Job summary

Cedar Pointe Health & Wellness Center in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house rehab program on a full-time basis. You will screen and treat patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and collaborate with families and other providers.

Qualifications

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
Open to applicants of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive or swallowing disorders and develop plan of care.
Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment per standards.
Evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust plans accordingly.
Offer counseling to patients and families about speech disorders.
Produce comprehensive discharge summaries per requirements.
Document all required information in electronic records and maintain patient files.
