Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services for communication, cognition, swallowing, and quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to support functional independence in adults and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress to adjust plans as needed.
