Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible SLP in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication and quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognition and swallowing goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.

Skills

Geriatric rehabilitation experience

Education

Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice
