Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation in Gainesville, FL is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered speech therapy to adults and the geriatric population, focusing on communication, swallowing, and quality of life.

You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and uphold clinical autonomy while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP or eligible for licensure in Florida or applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
