Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide compassionate, patient-centered therapy for adults and the elderly. You will work in a collaborative clinical environment focused on quality outcomes, clinical autonomy, and meaningful progress for patients and families.

You’ll evaluate, treat, and document care with evidence-based approaches and partner with interdisciplinary teams to support functional communication and swallowing goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
