Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered therapy for adult and geriatric patients in a collaborative clinical setting.

You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and work with interdisciplinary teams to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing, while maintaining documentation and pursuing ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, or license eligible in the practice state.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
