Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Examines, tests, diagnoses, and administers treatments for residents with speech and language disorders.
• Performs evaluations focusing on receptive and expressive language, speech fluency, articulation, and auditory skills.
• Maintains communication with residents and others regarding progress, home programs, and issues related to therapy.
• Facilitates behavior management as appropriate to the resident’s needs.
• Maintains records of work performed.
