Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Provide therapy and interventions to improve patient abilities.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to improve communication.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for coordinated care.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Stay current with advancements and best practices.

Education
