Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess residents for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with nurses, occupational/physical therapists, dietitians, and social workers.
• Document assessments, progress, and discharge notes.
• Educate residents and families about therapy goals and strategies.
