Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to serve adults and geriatrics, delivering patient-centered speech therapy that improves communication, swallowing, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care while maintaining flexibility and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services to improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, and quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on rehabilitation needs.
