Job summary

Regency-House is seeking a dedicated RN Treatment Nurse to provide nursing care to residents under physician orders. You will lead licensed and non-professional staff, document care, and coordinate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Requirements include an active RN license and CPR certification. English proficiency and the ability to work flexibly with interruptions are essential. This is a NON-EXEMPT, primarily nursing-focused role within our Nursing department.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• CPR certification required; 30 days to complete course.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by physicians.
• Lead or direct licensed/non-professional staff in delivering resident care.
• Document nursing history and care plans prior to end of duty time.
• Record vital signs and report changes to physicians.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
