Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Alabama Nursing (RN/LPN) license.
- Preferred 2 years of nursing experience with geriatric patients.
Responsibilities
- Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assess patients and develop individualized plans of care.
- Maintain open, ongoing communication with patients and families, encouraging participation in decisions.
- Supervise LPNs and other nursing staff as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
