Job summary

NHC HealthCare Anniston is seeking an RN Unit Manager to join our interdisciplinary care team in Anniston, AL. This full-time role focuses on accurate patient assessment and developing individualized care plans for our geriatric population.

You will supervise LPNs and nursing staff, maintain clear communication with patients and families, and support the Director of Nursing in daily operations. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Alabama Nursing (RN/LPN) license.
• Preferred 2 years of nursing experience with geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Work with the interdisciplinary care team to assess patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Maintain open, ongoing communication with patients and families, encouraging participation in decisions.
• Supervise LPNs and other nursing staff as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
