NHC HealthCare Anniston is seeking an RN Unit Manager to lead nursing operations on the unit, ensure high-quality patient care, and mentor staff.

This full-time role requires licensure as an RN, leadership ability, and experience with geriatric patients. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and maintain open communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Preferred 2 years of nursing experience with geriatric patients.
• Exhibits leadership skills and ability to supervise nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing unit operations and patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team on patient assessments and care planning.
• Supervise LPNs and nursing staff as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
