StoneBridge Senior Living in Owensville, MO is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate nursing care for residents. The RN will work under the Director of Nursing to ensure safe, effective care and to support a gentle, empathetic approach for the frail elderly.

The role emphasizes leadership of CNAs, medication administration, care planning, and ongoing assessments to maintain residents’ health and comfort within a warm, family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN with current CPR certification.
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing care provided by CNAs and other staff.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Performs nursing assessments and develops a plan of care.
• Coordinates care to ensure resident safety and quality of life.
