VIVA USA Inc in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to administer medications, perform treatments, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on an assigned unit. You will participate in shift reports and develop care plans with the team.

The role requires AZ RN license, strong communication, and ability to supervise staff during ADL care, with a 12-hour shift 6:00pm-6:30am; flexibility possible.

Competenze

• Arizona-licensed registered nurse (RN) in good standing.
• Recent graduates and nurses with less than 1 year in skilled nursing welcome.
• Facility or long-term care experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Administer medication and treatments on an assigned unit as ordered by the physician and within scope of license.
• Receives and delivers information regarding residents’ medical, social, and functional needs.
• Participates in shift reports and communicates with residents, family, and staff to ensure appropriate care.
• Lead and perform supervision of subordinate staff and assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility).
• Maintain clinical and administrative documentation including diagnosis, assessments, treatment, and progress summaries.
