Job summary

TEEMA GROUP is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) on a PRN basis in Arizona to lead nursing staff and manage daily clinical operations. This role blends direct patient care with leadership responsibilities in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting, serving our Veteran/Member population and supporting nursing operations.

Responsibilities

Schedule: PRN | 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Location: Arizona

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. This role offers the opportunity to take on both clinical and leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality care for our Veteran/Member population while supporting nursing staff and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and daily clinical operations
• Conduct rounds to ensure quality of care and address patient needs
• Provide direct patient care and perform advanced nursing procedures as needed
• Assist with staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona
