6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (12‑hour shifts)

36 hrs one week / 48 hrs the next

• Administer medications and treatments
• Perform assessments and support care plans (MDS)
• Monitor residents and report changes
• Supervise CNAs and support staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team

• Active RN License (Arizona)
• 1+ year SNF or long-term care experience preferred
