Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• Licensure as required by the State of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech-language pathology assessments for cognitive, communicative, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve function and independence.
• Document outcomes and maintain medical records per ASHA and agency standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and home exercises.
• Support quality assurance and participate in program development.
