Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver patient-centered physical therapy to adults and seniors in a collaborative clinical setting. You’ll support independence, mobility and safety while benefiting from clinical autonomy and a team that values quality outcomes.

You’ll work under the direction of a Physical Therapist, follow personalized treatment plans, document progress, and partner with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in the state of practice is required.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program with a hands-on clinical training.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
