Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You will work under a Physical Therapist to enhance mobility, independence and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA or license eligible in state of practice.
• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility and independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery, safety and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to enhance movement and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
