Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to empower adults and seniors with compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You will deliver PT services to the adult/geriatric population, focusing on independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling options, and a strong emphasis on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in Florida or eligible to practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, balance and independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans supporting recovery, safety, pain management and long-term goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy to enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support strong outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
