Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy in a role that emphasizes mobility, independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA (or license eligible) practicing in Mississippi or state of residence.
• Experience or interest in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility and independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
