Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist registration/state licensure.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
• Experience in adult neurological, cardiac, or general rehabilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop treatment plans with physician approvals.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and aides in direct patient care.
• Document in medical records and manage Medicare reviews where applicable.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and educate families on care plans.
• Contribute to professional development and maintain safety standards.
