Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas license/certification for COTA.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services in accordance with physician’s orders and accepted professional practices.
• Develops an overall plan of care with treatment and goals
• Performs skilled treatments according to plan of care
• Documents patient progress and response to interventions
• Completes all documentation and billing in a timely manner
• Maintains rehab gym equipment and treatment areas safely and cleanly
