Job summary

Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a highly collaborative team focused on evidence-based practice and geriatric care in a SNF setting.

The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and work with nursing staff and providers to promote healing and quality of life. Mentoring opportunities for OT students may be available upon request.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Vermont State License or eligibility required.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops individualized treatment plans for functional limitations.
• Applies therapeutic techniques to address patient treatment needs.
• Collaborates with nursing staff and medical providers to optimize care.
• Completes documentation and billing in a quality manner.
• Manages caseload effectively while maintaining productivity standards.
• Stays current with trends in therapeutic evaluation and treatment.
